Upload the architect’s drawings and Arqor reads them — the real spec off the actual sheets, not a guess — and drafts a schedule of works in your sections, with your wording. You price it. It has been run against real tender documents from real architects.
Your prices, not someone’s averages
The price book is built from every line you have ever quoted, so it suggests what you charge. Where you have priced something fourteen times it fills in and shows the range; where it is a one-off it says so and leaves it to you.
Measure off the drawing
Click along a wall or round a room and get the real length or area — the scale comes from a dimension you point at, never guessed from a “1:50” label. Every edge is labelled in millimetres, and a depth turns an area into a volume, so a 600mm padstone becomes a concrete order.
Quotes that look like yours
Branded PDFs with your logo and colours, numbered sections, a note per line the client sees, VAT handled properly — plus provisional sums and dayworks as real line types, so the uncertain parts are named instead of guessed at.

Those invoice lines build a picture of what you actually pay for cement, ballast or plasterboard — your account, your discount, as delivered — and that prices the materials on your next quote. No merchant list prices.

What is Arqor?
Arqor is the operating system for UK trade and construction businesses — three products on one connected dataset: SiteRecord for site photo evidence (live), Office for running the business including tickets, certs and H&S (live with design partners now, open to everyone in early October), and Arqor for Architects, which follows Office. How much does it cost?
Each pillar is purchasable on its own, or all three together as The Arqor OS — priced as two pillars. SiteRecord starts free — £0 forever, up to 3 active jobs — and the full product is one plan at £29/month, or £24/month billed annually (£288 a year). Admin seats are unlimited and included, so adding your foreman or office admin costs nothing, and unlimited site users are included on every plan. 10 GB of storage is included, with more at £5 per 5 GB. There is a 14-day free trial of everything, no card required.
